Campbell 5, Campbell ACT
As an all-encompassing destination village and park side living quarter, Campbell 5 is one of the most visionary developments seen in Canberra.
This ground-breaking project is set to reinvigorate the city’s architectural, social and residential landscape.
Each of the five stages in the development draw inspiration from global cities and precincts renowned for their atmosphere and charm.
The first four (of five) stages of release include:
- Parisian-inspired Saint-Germain
- New York-themed Greenwich Park
- Danish-designed Køben
- Italian-inspired Siena
Located within just minutes of the CBD, and flanked by Lake Burley Griffin, Mount Ainslie and Hassett Park, the precinct offers unparalleled amenity and proximity to the city’s most iconic outdoor spaces.
Location: 51 Constitution Avenue Campbell, Australian Capital Territory
Project type: Medium density, premium mixed-use precinct
Project scope: 5 sites, total land area 22,000 square-metres, 500+ apartments
Value: $600 million
Purchase date: June 2014

- Greenwich – completed 2017
- Køben – late 2018
- Siena – early 2019
- S. 131 – 2020
Saint-Germain draws inspiration from the prestigious stone museums, cultured apartments and formal gardens for which its Parisian namesake is renowned.
Nestled alongside Campbell’s established residential domain, this boutique residential development is a home for people who value peace and serenity while remaining in touch with the surrounding culture and buzz.
Completed May 2017.
This engaging building takes inspiration from Greenwich on Manhattan’s west side – a village inside a city offering intimate appeal amidst the metropolitan buzz. Like its namesake, Greenwich offers stylish living set around and above an eclectic mix of sophisticated retail, sidewalk cafés and diverse communal residential spaces.
Greenwich Park is the ideal home for those seeking an urban retreat in the heart of everything the lively Campbell 5 precinct has to offer.
Like its namesake, Køben has been conceived as a social, sustainable, forward thinking community. Inspired by Scandinavian architecture, design and the Danish way of life, Køben combines style and functionality to create sophisticated, life-enriching spaces you’ll want to come home to.
Siena, the fourth stage of release in Campbell 5, is inspired by the Tuscan city of the same name. Renowned for its architectural beauty, the city of Siena was devised as a work of art that blends into the surrounding Tuscan landscape. Like its Italian namesake, Siena in Campbell 5 has been designed to complement its natural surrounds, offering a contemporary take on a traditional Tuscan villa.
